AVK UK Welcomes Visitors from Singapore

AVK UK were delighted to host a recent visit from AVK Singapore Pte Ltd, PowerGas and CPP Global Products Pte to our AVK UK Staveley site, home of the Donkin brand of gas products and solutions.
Members of the group visited the site at Staveley, Chesterfield, to conduct a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), and also received corporate and technical presentations, hands-on product presentations, as well as a tour of the AVK UK site and facilities.

Jon Briafield, Market Sector Manager – Gas, explained:
“The visit provided a unique opportunity to demonstrate first-hand, our ongoing commitment and dedication to manufacturing products to the highest quality, here in the UK. The day also attracted discussions about the unique gas valve designs that make ‘Donkin’ valves the preferred products used across the UK Gas Networks and in many export markets. We’ve been making gas valves for 175 years and remain fully committed to manufacturing excellence and gas innovations for the future.”
