The Donkin Series 39/60 Valve Flange Adaptor is designed to connect to the flanged end of a gate valve and terminate with PE100 polyethylene pipe to connect to the gas pipeline. The fittings are designed for use on the intermediate pressure network (7 bar) and come complete with two flanged bosses to enable connection of bypass and purge points upstream and downstream of the valve. Features
- PE Range – 63mm to 355mm.
- Flange – Range DN50-350. PN16 standard.
- DN25 and DN50, PN16 purge point and bypass outlet flanges on all sizes.
- Connection is a spinning solid flange.
- Coatings: Pipe - black fusion bonded epoxy, Flange -zinc plated.
- Incorporates 1/2" BSP Cathodic protection point.
- Pipe – PE100 Orange SDR11.
- PE Spigot options – 0.5M and 1M long.
- Can be supplied with bolts and gasket kits (steel, zinc plated and passivated, nitrile, EN682 type G).
